Here in our country, hard times in January has turned out to be what an English man calls NATURAL PHENOMENON.

since when i was a child, Ive heard grown ups complain about hard times in January of every year, till it got to a point that i thought that another name for January was HARD TIMES, but getting older and wiser, i got to understand the cause of well known January hard times.
